Changes to dates, times, and destinations can typically be accommodated. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur fees. Full terms are provided with every quotation.

For international travel, yes. However, private jet passengers use dedicated terminals, bypassing commercial queues. Immigration is handled at the aircraft or private terminal.
